1st Grade Today:
Welcome back from the snowy weather and be prepared for more to come! We were buzzy bees today exploring with our robots during our exploratory time today along with writing. Students are expressing their thoughts about being in the Gifted classroom in a letter to our Senator, Mr. Rowden. We are in the beginning stages and will be working more towards a completed letter in the next several meetings. We are also learning about the importance of outlines to begin our research on their chosen subject. We will continue working with our coding as well but I wanted to get this step of the writing started now as I don't want to overwhelm the students.
I did not take any pictures today, but please email me if you want me to send you a Dojo link to see all that I post on Class Dojo.
See below of our timeline today in class.
