Welcome Back to TAG! I have missed my 6th grade students!
We started off this week with a fun transition and blending of block coding with the Makey Makey circuits. Students have been solving interesting problems of how to create music with the Scratch coding and playing the music using food or other interesting items as the keyboard. It is fun to watch them figure out how to connect the "Earth Board" to the computer and then connect the objects to the "alligator clips" to figure out how the current from their body to the computer is going to work or not. Some items just won't work and that is the joy of learning!
See below of what we have been working on and the schedule of events to come.
Have a great rest of the week!
