Students have been working on daily wrting reflection at the begining of the day. We have deep discussion about many subject pertaining to their daily life and lessons we are working through.
Working on turtleblocks and tinker.com, working on designing objects for printing and towards game design. The 3D printer is under repair at this time. We don't know if it will be ready for printing or not as our Tech Guy is trying to fix it without using Makerbot or buying a new printer.

Chapter 1: Images and Animations
Lesson 1: Programming for Entertainment
Students are asked to consider the "problems" of boredom and self expression, and to reflect on how they approach those problems in their own lives. From there, students will explore how Computer Science in general, and programming specifically, plays a role in either a specific form of entertainment or as a vehicle for self expression.
